Are you his sheep?

Jesus is the shepherd. And he calls you his sheep.

But if you are his sheep -

1. You will Listen to his voice

2. Jesus will Know you

3. You will Follow him

4. You will have Eternal life and not perish 

യോഹന്നാൻ 10: 27-29

എന്റെ ആടുകൾ എന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കുന്നു;  ഞാൻ അവയെ അറികയും അവ എന്നെ അനുഗമിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.  ഞാൻ അവെക്കു നിത്യജീവൻ കൊടുക്കുന്നു; അവ ഒരുനാളും നശിച്ചു പോകയില്ല; ആരും അവയെ എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നു പിടിച്ചുപറിക്കയും ഇല്ല. 

In hard times...

It's always a thrill to see young new leaves of curry leaves in a hard rough and tough winter. Likewise, it's a joy to see a young man weather it out in hard times. Once upon a time, I was that young man. 

Chain of events

"Safety experts say air crashes are most often caused by a chain of events, each of which is necessary but not sufficient to explain the underlying causes of the accidents"  - reuters 

Quite similarly, our path to sin is also caused by a chain of events. Each link in that chain is necessary, but not sufficient to explain the eventual sin. Let me give you an example. A young man who let's his guard loose and sit with ungodly people, can slowly lower his moral threshold. He can put himself into dangerous situations. And at a moment of weakness, slip into a sinful state. 

It's all in the chain of events. Be watchful. Don't let your guard loose. 

If you ask a question, be prepared to respond to the answer

John 10:24-31. 

Jews are questioning Jesus whether he is really the messiah. 

അവർ ഒരു question ചോദിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും, അതിന്റെ ഉത്തരം കേൾക്കുവാൻ റെഡി അല്ല. Verse 31: അവർ അവനെ stone ചെയ്യാൻ തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നു. പലപ്പോഴും ഞാനും ഇത് പോലെ കർത്താവിനോട് question ചോദിക്കും. പക്ഷെ answer കേൾക്കുവാൻ ready അല്ല. ഞാൻ എന്റെ preconceived plans execute ചെയ്യും.
